"I absolutely love this palette! It’s honestly so beautiful, and the Coraline-inspired design is amazing. The shades are gorgeous, and I love all the little details. The packaging and decorative fabric are so pretty! My only disappointment is that I really wish I could have received the special Coraline PR box. I was really hoping to get that beautiful box because I’m a huge fan of this collection. "We ordered the day their collection launched. Weeks later, our order was marked delivered, but we never received it. After checking with neighbors, we contacted the company immediately. Over eight emails later, including a formal demand threatening to report them to the FTC, BBB, and our credit card company, we finally received an apology claiming they were overwhelmed with emails. NO refund, NO replacement, NO resolution! Just more silence. We’re out over $50 and are considering contacting local authorities in Santa Fe Springs, California. Think twice before ordering from this company!"

"The products are nice but I ordered them for a birthday gift since September 18, I needed them for October 3 and think the time I ordered before was enough to expect them to arrive before that date, I received them until October 9, almost a month later, I think that amount of time is excessive!"
