The Coraline x Beauty Creations Collection Set includes various beauty products inspired by the movie Coraline. The set features lip products, blush, a mirror, an eyelash curler, a lip stain/gloss duo, and a color palette. However, the packaging has been inconsistent, and some customers were disappointed by the missing collectible box.

"I can not sit here and genuinely believe you took my money and did not email or text that you sold out of the boxes. How did you not expect this to be a big seller? You also did not give me a choice to just get a refund. Maybe i dont want extra lip gloss and stickers. Maybe i want the box i worked hard to earn and fully paid for. This is extremely disappointing to see such lack of care for such an amazing collaboration."
"Horrible experience. Paid extra for PR box. Purchased on September 18 with delivery date of 9/28. I wouldn’t even know about the PR box being unavailable if I didn’t email them asking where my package was. I get a vague email about PR boxes coming in December and I had to send 3 clarifying emails and no response. Now my makeup order doesn’t even show up on tracking. Has a big magnifying glass and says it doesn’t exist lol. Still trying to contact someone!! Out 92$ atleast some of you got the makeup…"
"Very disappointed I was very excited about this collection I purchased the PR box but I receive my products in regular pink box first it was late it took almost the entire month to arrive also contacted customer center until this day I haven't hear from them but I guess that's have you treat you customers after taking there money is ok but I won't be purchasing from this company ever again!!!!..."
"SO disappointing. I set my alarm for this drop. I secured the PR box within seconds of it going live. I waited patiently for delivery and you sent the wrong item; with no warning! I received the makeup individually packaged but no iconic Coraline box. After multiple emails and phone calls I finally had someone tell me “sorry we oversold it so we just sent out what we had. ” With no heads up, no option to cancel and no apology. Beauty Creations DO BETTER. Your customer service is embarrassingly bad and now I am left with a half-fulfilled birthday gift for my daughter. Make this right. And don’t expect a repeat customer from me."
"product is fine but the package was 5 weeks late and did not come in the box that was advertised. I bought the full PR package expecting it to come in a nice box like it is advertised in and instead it came just dumped in a cardboard box. I don't think the PR package is worth the money it cost."
"Ordered 2 PR boxes. When items stated they had shipped and not moved in 4 days I contacted the company. They replied 2 days later saying it shipped and was not what I ordered. All items arrived loose thrown in a box with PR packaging. Order number shows something different from what I received. Had I never sent an email they never would have notified me that they mailed me other items than what I ordered. I was on exactly wtnitems release and placed order in the app."
"On launch day, I had the Coraline Collection in my cart, but as soon as I went to pay it was immediately sold out. So I purchased some of the other items in my first order. I monitored the website for most of the day and lucked up when it became available again (second purchase). Despite waiting since Sept 23, I was extremely happy to see my box when it arrived today. The creativity and design for the Coraline collection is gorgeous. I’m just waiting for my first order to be shipped."
"I would love to post a picture but I never received my P. R box that I purchased. Although I am thankful all the make up that was supposed to be in the P. R box was delivered, I am upset I did not receive what I purchased. As a huge Coraline fan and collector not having the box item sucks. I have still to hear back from Beauty Creations regarding a solution."
"I purchased the Coraline PR box the night it dropped. I paid 92$ including tax and I get an email telling me that I will get the stuff but not the box. Now I have to wait until December. They sold more than they have and I think that is super unprofessional and ridiculous. This is my first and last time purchasing anything from beauty creations especially this being my very first experience with them."
