"There is a spring inside the lip gloss and when I opened the Mystery flavour, it was broken so none of the product came out. When I contacted the Customer Service team even though they admitted it was a manufacturing issue, they refused to send me a replacement. It's also hilarious that their email signature says "Best Customer Service Representative." I have no idea where they got that from when they don't live up to the tagline."
