"Honestly I liked this product. Unfortunately the product I actually really wanted (another eye base), arrived expired and they did nothing to fix it. I was nice, I pleaded, I was reasonable and accommodating. Even with the free return package purchased “there was nothing they could do” about their high risk expired products."
