Flawless Stay Contour Sticks

"I ordered only 1 item this time since I really like their contour sticks. What I received isn’t what I ordered unfortunately. I waited a week to receive my 1 item to open it disappointed and now have to wait even longer to hopefully get the correct item. I reached out to the customer service team and they haven’t responded with a resolution. I also purchased the Free Return + Package Protection and when I try to submit a return form, it it trying to make me pay shipping which costs more than the item. Very confusing and disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, I just don’t understand how it happened with only 1 item so clearly displayed."
