Received Expired Product and No Refund
"I was happy to do an exchange, said “they couldn’t guarantee the replacement won’t also be in the same conditions. ” I was happy to take store credit. They took forever to respond then denied my claim for the store credit because it was “past the 15 days”. They pointed me to the website to file the claim again, because I kept asking them to make it right. The website denied me as they knew it would. Then emailed me saying there’s nothing they can do. Mind you I purchased the “returns and protection package”"
