"I loved this! I have never used a gel liner until I received this one and it’s so good! What I loved is it doesn’t smudge! I used to use eyeshadow as a eyeliner and I’d have the eyeshadow smudge all on my eyelids and it looked very messy but this eyeliner it stayed in place and went on smoothly!"
