"I wish I could write how great the products are and how obsessed I am with them. But sadly I didn’t get my items. I was told to contact another company who said they aren’t able to assist. I’m really just hoping to get the items and try them out. Congrats to Britt and Bri on the collab I wish I could have tried it 😭"
"Was devastated when I didn’t receive the tote bag. I also tried using the code And it send I can’t use it because I was already receiving it. I also took a screenshot for proof! The lip liner was also ruined. So unfortunately I wasted my money… Emailed them and they said my PR didn’t come with a tote bag that only PR come with tote bag? So yeah, they played me."
