"the item was not in stock so my order was send without it. Every shipment confirmation said it was in the box. I was not informed, I did not receive a refund and before shipping they did not reach out to offer another option. Instead I received a code hand-written on the packing list and they are holding my money hostage. Not great service or business practices to be honest."
