Ordered 20 Days Ago and No Package
"I ordered the 5 in 1 Multitasker Hair Kit on 12/1 it was shipped on 12/4 and it is 12/23 - we days after I ordered it, still no gift. I have continually checked the tracking number and it has been sitting in PA for over 5 days allegedly and was guaranteed arrival by 12/17. I’m not necessarily saying this is your fault, but it is insane to order something that early, knowing it is in the USA, and it still hasn’t arrived."
