Defective Product

"I placed my order for this set on 1/20/25 on 1/22/25 I was contacted and notified that the color pink was sold out and I was offered a different color or store credit, I opted for a black set the items took about 2 weeks to come in, and when they arrived the straightener in the set was defective I contacted CS via email and had to wait a whole 3 days to hear back and when they did reply they asked I send video or photos which I did all for them to ask me to start a claim under the “refunds and returns”. I called the number on the website and it just rings and rings, I’m so disappointed in the way this has been handled I never order anything online for this exact reason of “what if it doesnt work” now I have to return the whole set in the mail and wait god knows how long for a new set to come in after I got rid of my old straightener thinking I wouldn’t need this anymore. I’ve held off on this review attempting to give this company the benefit of the doubt but it’s been too long."
